Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. Velveeta
  • 1 can diced Ortega chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Let Velveeta soften.
  2. Put Velveeta between pieces of wax paper and roll into a rectangle with a rolling pin about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Spread the softened Velveeta with cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle chopped olives and diced Ortega chilies over the top.
  5. Roll the mixture like a jelly roll from the long edge.
  6. Cut the roll in half, wrap in wax paper, then foil, and chill before serving or freeze for later use.
  7. Serve with crackers.
