Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. Minute instant rice
  • sliced cheese
  • garlic powder
  • 4 c. diced or crushed canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Layer the browned ground beef, instant rice, and sliced cheese sprinkled with garlic powder in a greased casserole dish until all ingredients are used.
  2. Pour the diced or crushed canned tomatoes over the layered ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
