Ingredients

  • 1 large package Jell-O
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 bananas
  • Juice from pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare Jell-O as directed and pour into an oblong 13 x 9-inch glass pan to set.
  2. Add drained crushed pineapple and sliced bananas to the partially set Jell-O and let it set completely.
  3. In a saucepan, heat pineapple juice, sugar, margarine, and flour until thickened, then cool.
  4. Once cooled, pour the thickened mixture over the Jell-O and fruit layers.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the top and decorate as desired.
