Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (Kraft)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can whole grain corn, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground meat and chopped onion; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in barbecue sauce, Ranch Style beans, and drained corn; heat until bubbly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Separate biscuits and cut each in half crosswise.
  6. Place biscuits cut side down over hot meat mixture and around the edge of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese over the biscuits.
  8. Bake until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
