Ingredients

  • 10 lb. hot water
  • 3 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 oz. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pkg. Heller jerky seasoning
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Let set at room temperature for 8 hours.
  3. Cook at 110°F for 8 hours.
