Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 to 8 red new potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a Ziploc bag, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Place the quartered potatoes in the Ziploc bag and coat them thoroughly.
  5. Arrange the coated potatoes one by one in the prepared baking dish with melted butter.
  6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender and golden.
