Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork spareribs
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Bake the ribs at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain off the fat from the ribs.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until done.
  4. Turn the ribs every 10 minutes and baste them with the sauce during baking.
