Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and chopped onion in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Blend milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the pie pan over the ham, cheese, and onion.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
