Monkey Bars(No Bake Cookie)

Ingredients

  • 3 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1/3 C. real butter
  • 1/4 C. peanut butter
  • 2 tsps. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 C. crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 C. angel flake coconut
  • 1/4 c. peanuts
  • 2 C. rolled oats, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows, honey, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and salt in medium saucepan.
  2. Melt marshmallow mixture over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Combine in a separate bowl; rice cereal, oats, coconut and peanuts.
  4. Pour marshmallow mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until coated well.
  5. Press mixture firmly into 13x9 inch pan.
  6. Cool completely before cutting.
  7. Makes about 2 doz. bars.
