Monkey Bars(No Bake Cookie)

- Combine marshmallows, honey, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and salt in medium saucepan.
- Melt marshmallow mixture over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Combine in a separate bowl; rice cereal, oats, coconut and peanuts.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until coated well.
- Press mixture firmly into 13x9 inch pan.
- Cool completely before cutting.
- Makes about 2 doz. bars.
