Ingredients

  • 2/3 lb. hamburger
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2/3 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup celery
  • 1/3 cup green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Corn crisp or Chinese noodles for topping

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat with garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: mayonnaise, cooked rice, chopped celery, chopped green peppers, and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Mix well and transfer into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top the casserole with corn crisp or Chinese noodles.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through and topping is crispy.
