Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil until margarine melts.
  2. Add flour to the boiling water and margarine mixture.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon until smooth after each addition.
  4. Continue beating until the batter is thick and smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Bring the batter up on the sides of the pan to form a crust.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until browned.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
