Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (20 oz.) can peas
  • 1 (20 oz.) can whole grain corn
  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onions slowly until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Boil the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  4. Add the canned tomatoes to the beef mixture and cook together.
  5. Stir in the canned corn, then add the peas last.
  6. Mix the meat and vegetable mixture into the cooked spaghetti.
  7. Pour half of the mixture into a casserole dish.
  8. Add a layer of grated cheese on top of this layer.
  9. Pour the remaining spaghetti mixture into the casserole dish.
  10. Top with another layer of grated cheese.
  11. Bake or warm until the cheese melts and serve.
