Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. moose meat, cut into small cubes
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 carrots
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • water

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat in a stew pot until browned.
  2. Add the dry onion soup, tomato soup, and enough water to cover the vegetables.
  3. Bake in a slow oven at 300°F for 2 1/2 hours.
  4. Optional: Add frozen peas or green limas near the end of cooking.
