Delicious overnight cinnamon roll casserole featuring butterscotch pudding, brown sugar, and nuts, baked to golden perfection—perfect for breakfast gatherings or weekend indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen dinner rolls (24)
  • 1 small box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt pan or spray with Pam. Line the pan with frozen dinner rolls.
  2. Sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding over the rolls.
  3. In a saucepan or microwave, melt oleo, brown sugar, and cinnamon until dissolved and well mixed.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle nuts over the top.
  6. Cover with foil sprayed with Pam.
  7. Let stand overnight on the counter.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  9. Let the casserole set in the pan for 30 minutes, then invert onto a serving dish.
