- Cook pasta according to package. In large saucepan over medium heat, cook red pepper, onion, zucchini, salt and curry in hot oil for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth. Bring to boil; boil for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Drain pasta and add vegetable mixture with raisins.
