Ingredients

  • 16 oz. package mostaccioli or fettuccini
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta.
  3. Combine whipping cream and butter in a Dutch oven or saucepan.
  4. Heat until butter melts, stirring occasionally; do not boil.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; stir well.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately.
