Creamy stuffed cheese shells filled with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan, baked in marinara sauce. Perfect comfort food for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • jumbo shells
  • pepper
  • egg
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • parsley
  • spaghetti sauce
  • salt
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cooked jumbo shell.
  3. Arrange the stuffed shells in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Top the shells with spaghetti sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
