Instructions
- Combine sugar, graham cracker crumbs and oleo; press into bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan.
- Combine milk and coconut; spread over crumb mixture and bake 15 minutes.
- While still hot, sprinkle with semi-chocolate chips; spread over top of bar.
