Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 2/3 cups coconut
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

  1. Put mashed potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, coconut, margarine, and vanilla to form a stiff mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into a roll.
  4. Spread melted chocolate on the roll.
  5. Chill until set.
