Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and baking powder and set aside.
  2. Melt the unsweetened baking chocolate and unsalted butter together.
  3. Add sugar and eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the sifted flour and baking powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a well-oiled 11 x 7-inch pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 25 minutes, or 23 minutes for fudgier brownies.
