Mozzarella Beef Pasta

A cheesy, hearty pasta dish combining ground beef or turkey with zucchini and tomatoes, topped with melted mozzarella—perfect for a quick, satisfying family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 8 oz. pasta
  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey.
  2. Drain the meat and set aside.
  3. Spray the skillet with cooking spray and sauté the chopped zucchini and diced tomatoes until tender.
  4. Add the cooked meat to the vegetable mixture and combine.
  5. Cook and drain the pasta separately.
  6. Arrange the pasta on individual plates, top with the meat and vegetable mixture.
  7. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over each serving and microwave until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
