Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups undrained tomatoes
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, and sauce mix.
  4. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to low heat to melt the cheese, if necessary.
  7. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
