Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. cream of mushroom soup (or your favorite) Lipton Cup -a-Soup
  • 1 tsp. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together ingredients.
  2. Spray skillet with non-stick coating and pour in egg mixture.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until done.
  4. Yield:
