Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • dash of garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the chopped spinach well and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onion, water chestnuts (if using), salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic salt.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Refrigerate the dip overnight to allow flavors to meld before serving.
