Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 large tub Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, chopped pecans, confectioners sugar, and melted butter together and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F and then allow it to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix confectioners sugar, Cool Whip, and cream cheese until smooth and spread over the cooled crust.
  4. Prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing it with cold milk according to package instructions and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top the pudding layer with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate the pie before serving.
