Ingredients

  • 16 medium large mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 8 oz. whipped or soft cream cheese with chives
  • 10 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside for other use.
  2. Clean mushroom caps and brush the outsides with melted butter.
  3. Mix whipped or soft cream cheese with chives and chopped bacon.
  4. Mound the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps.
  5. Place the stuffed mushroom caps onto a broiling pan.
  6. Broil 6 inches from heat for approximately 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling and brown.
