Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 jar mushrooms, chopped
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Place the four skinless chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray or Pam.
  2. In a bowl, combine the can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chopped mushrooms.
  3. Pour the mushroom and soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden.
