Mushroom Ring

- Cook butter and onions slowly until tender. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and flour. Blend and add milk. Stir until thickened. Add eggs. Pour into buttered ring mold. Bake at 350° until firm (30 minutes). Good with roasts, steaks, etc.
