Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 hard-cooked egg whites, smashed
  • beef stock
  • Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Spray a medium-sized skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Saute the chopped mushrooms and onion in the skillet until tender.
  3. Add the smashed hard-cooked egg whites to the skillet.
  4. Moisten the mixture with beef stock, season with tamari, and add a dash of Tabasco sauce.
  5. Serve as a spread or dip.
