Ingredients

  • 3 lb. cleaned mussels
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. hard apple cider
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chervil, minced

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large pot and steam until the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls.
  3. Top with 2 tablespoons of minced chervil before serving.
