Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 pounds fresh shelled jumbo shrimp

Instructions

  1. Combine prepared mustard, water, vinegar, and prepared horseradish in a bowl.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and stir to coat.
  3. Chill the shrimp in the marinade for several hours, stirring often.
  4. Drain the shrimp, reserving the marinade.
  5. Preheat grill over medium coals.
  6. Grill shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes, turning and basting twice with the reserved marinade.
