Ingredients

  • tenderized veal cutlets or tenderized round steak
  • mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onions

Instructions

  1. Lay the steaks out on a flat surface.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread mustard evenly over the meat.
  4. Top with chopped onions and press the onions into the meat with your hand.
  5. Lightly flour the steaks.
  6. Heat about 1/4 cup of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the steaks until done, turning once to brown the other side.
  8. Serve on a hot platter, with the onion side up.
