Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and shape into balls.
  2. Brown well on all sides.
  3. Pour sauce over meat balls.
  4. Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
