Ingredients

  • 2 small fryers, cut in quarters
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except part of the salt. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt.
  2. Place the chicken skin side up in a baking pan. Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken.
  3. Bake in a 375°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
