Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small Pet milk

Instructions

  1. Season ground chuck with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook and drain the meat.
  3. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese to the cooked meat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
  4. Do not add Pet milk until ready to serve.
  5. Heat the mixture and serve over nacho chips.
