Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated sharp Cheddar cheese and butter together.
  2. Add flour, salt, and cayenne pepper; combine to form a dough.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
