Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • 6 to 8 slices pineapple (1/2 inch thick)
  • oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, egg, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Dip pineapple slices in this mixture.
  3. Fry the coated pineapple slices in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
