Ingredients

  • 1 bag nachos cheese chips
  • 3 small cans white chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 diced onion
  • grated Longhorn cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and line it with mashed corn chips.
  2. Place the white chicken over the chips.
  3. Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, diced green chilies, and diced onion together.
  4. Spread the mixture over the chicken layer.
  5. Top the casserole with grated Longhorn cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
