Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 10 oz. lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna; drain.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  3. Brown ground round; drain.
  4. Add jar of spaghetti sauce.
