Ingredients

  • 2 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 c. diced cheese (Velveeta)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Add cheese, flour, sugar, salt and pepper to corn.
  2. Beat eggs; add to corn mixture.
  3. Heat milk and butter; pour into mixture. Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
