Ingredients

  • 1 Napa cabbage (leaves and all-cut into bite size) or bok choy
  • 5 green onions (chop into bite size)
  • 1 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 2 packages oriental noodles
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, green onions and sunflower seeds in large bowl. Set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add to salad just before serving.
