- Mix bread crumbs, Provolone cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly over half of the flattened steak.

- Top with Italian-flavored stewed tomatoes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and reserved bread crumbs over the top.
