Ingredients

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fast rising yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 well beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and let it sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add well-beaten eggs, vegetable oil, and salt to the yeast mixture and stir well.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 4 hours or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and divide into portions to shape into buns.
  7. Place shaped buns on greased baking sheets, cover, and let rise for an additional 30-60 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve.
