Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread and then grind it into crumbs.
  2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly, including ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion salt, salt, and butter.
  3. Line 16 loaf pans with foil.
  4. Divide the meat mixture equally into the prepared loaf pans.
  5. Optionally, place three strips of bacon over each loaf before baking.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving or freezing.
