Tender flank steak marinated in soy, herbs, and Worcestershire for a flavorful, juicy main dish perfect for casual dinners or gatherings with bold, savory notes.

Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • olive oil
  • water
  • rosemary
  • thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the flank steak in a flat pan and pour soy sauce, water, a little olive oil, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce over the top of the meat.
  2. Spread fresh rosemary and thyme on top of the meat. Sprinkle with salt (optional) and pepper.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, turning the meat over daily.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Bake the steak uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, as desired. Do not overbake.
