- Place the flank steak in a flat pan and pour soy sauce, water, a little olive oil, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce over the top of the meat.
- Spread fresh rosemary and thyme on top of the meat. Sprinkle with salt (optional) and pepper.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, turning the meat over daily.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Bake the steak uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, as desired. Do not overbake.
