Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. diced bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat
  2. oven to 350°. Thoroughly mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla
  3. by
  4. hand. Add
  5. pineapple and juice.
  6. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well.
  7. Blend in bananas.
  8. Grease and flour a Bundt
  9. pan and add batter. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
