Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mash the kidney beans or put them through a food chopper.
  2. Mix the mashed beans with bread crumbs, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and the egg.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until the loaf is firm and nicely browned.
