Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 12 oz. can tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Fry onions and ground beef in butter until browned.
  2. Add both cans of soup and continue cooking, stirring frequently.
  3. Thin with tomato juice if desired.
  4. Add mushrooms and cubed Velveeta cheese, then cook and stir until cheese melts.
  5. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
