Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 3/4 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white corn syrup
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler.
  2. Mix in corn syrup, 3 cups powdered sugar, chopped walnuts, dissolved coffee, and crushed vanilla wafers.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll the balls in 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
  5. Store in a covered container to ripen for a day or so.
