A rich, crunchy no-bake chocolate treat combining chocolate, peanut butter, raisins, and cornflakes, perfect for quick desserts or satisfying sweet cravings without baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 cups cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over warm water.
  2. Add peanut butter to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in raisins.
  4. Heat the mixture slightly if needed and then add cornflakes, stirring until coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper or cookie sheets.
  6. Chill until the treats are firm in the refrigerator.
